Zenify.in
Bengaluru-based home rental management startup Zenify.in annnounced Wednesday that it has raised Rs. 4.15 crores in angel funding from Srikanth and Bharath from K12 Techno Service Pvt Ltd, and Atul Jalan, Founder and CEO of Mathan Software Service Pvt Ltd. The company will use these funds to further enhance its technology and analytics capabilities.

Founded by Sudarshan Purohit, Ankur Agarwal, and Kailash Rathi in 2012, Zenify lists over a thousand exclusive apartments on its platform, with a user base of over 6,000 customers. It standardises the agreement terms and maintenance of flats, branded as Zenify homes. Tenants have the option to directly book a property online.

Sudarshan Purohit, Co-Founder and CEO, Zenify.in, said that the company is growing at 70 percent quarter-on-quarter and aspires to manage properties worth Rs 1.5 lakh crores in the next five years.

Attune Technologies
Chennai-based Attune Technologies, a provider of cloud-based health information systems for clinic chains, has raised $10 million (roughly Rs. 65 crores) in a funding round led by Qualcomm Ventures India and existing investor Norwest Venture Partners. Attune's platform reportedly controls 60 percent of India's organised lab industry, and has a presence in 200 hospitals.

Opinio
Bengaluru-based B2B hyperlocal delivery service Opinio has reportedly raised $7 million (roughly Rs. 45 crores) in its Series A funding from logistics company Delhivery, Sands Capital and Accel Partners. Founded by IIT Kanpur alum Mayank Kumar and Lokesh Jangid in 2014, the startup pivoted to the logistics segment this year, and offers delivery as a service in a 5-7km radius of an establishment. Opinio currently operates in Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, and Hyderabad, and plans to use the funds to expand to more cities and building its technology platform.

Bounty
Bengaluru-based Bounty has raised an undisclosed seed round of investment from Fireside Ventures, Mumbai Angels and MAPE Advisory Group. Bounty's app, available on Google Play rewards users for walking into restaurants and cafes, and covers over 4,200 locations in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

Primaseller
Bengaluru-based order fulfilment solution Primaseller, which helps small and medium retailers streamline their operations across multiple channels, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from existing investors, Singapore-based M&S Partners, and a group of angels led by Ananda Kallugadde. Founded in 2013, Primaseller is headed by Mohammed Ali, and Vivek Subramanian, the startup charges Rs. 12,000 per year for its service.
