At the time of writing, the app was installed only on limited devices ranging from 100-500 and is compatible with Android 4.0 and above. The small descriptor on the Google Play listing reads, "The Google Interactive Events App provides agenda details and speaker bios for managed events."
We tried to see how the Interactive Events app works and on opening it for the first time we were greeted with a message that said, "Confidential Dogfood - Shhh! This is a confidential internal dogfood version of the Interactive Events app. Do not show this to non-Googlers and do not discuss this externally."
As of now, there are limited details about the app as whether it will be limited for Google employees or will be available to a broader audience.
Going by screenshots on the Google Play, the app is expected to offer details about conferences or events and include information about agenda, speakers, and venue. Another interesting bit seen in the screenshot is the Interactive Events app will allow users to sync sessions with their Google accounts while they can also opt for notifications about the session.
We will have to still wait to see how the final build of the Interactive Events app will work like. The app listing was spotted by Android Police.
