Google has launched the iOS version of Schemer, a social activity app that allows users to find a list of unique things to do under various categories such as fashion, cooking, movies, gifts, outdoors and more.
The special announcement came via a tweet from the Schemer Team stating that the app is now available for free download in the iTunes store.
Schemer initially launched as a beta version in December 2011. It was then launched on the Android platform in April this year. The app is closely integrated with Google+ and utilises its contacts list to show 'schemers' in your circles. However, it functions as a separate entity.
Here's how it describes itself:
Whatever schemes strike your fancy, collect them on Schemer and then take them with you using the Schemer mobile app. Now you'll always have a scheme up your sleeve, whether you're out and about or staying home. Schemer will even suggest the perfect scheme for the moment, for example watching a movie on a rainy day or brunch for a weekend morning.
As of now the app is not officially supported outside the United States.
