Excellent laptop. This is 2017 model. One small tip for those who wants to buy MacBook- please check the model number , it will tell you the year of manufacturing, one can search it on Wikipedia. This is very important as you should not pay such a huge amount on older models. Don't just buy bcoz the product has more reviews.

Excellent product. The best Mac I have used so far. Audio is just wow for a laptop. The room filling sound from this beast is just awesome.

We just got this yesterday. Display is spectacular. Audio on the laptop is nice and loud even without having to connect speakers. Still learning how to use as is way different than Windows - but boy is it a delightful experience and a world of it's own! Battery life still have to observe - but no doubts it will perform as it's supposed to (touchwood).

Absolute beauty. The space grey is better looking than silver IMO.The performance is like a beast. I threw heavy programs to run and it runs like a breeze. The battery comes for avg of 8 hours.The screen is a stunner. It's sharp and images are very crisp. The keyboard takes some time to get used to. The track pad is beyond awesome. It's designed to increase our productivity.The OS is very straightforward and simple to use. Getting used to keyboard shortcuts will take a bit of time if you're coming from Windows. And there are lot of keyboard shortcuts which makes your computing easier.I'm a programmer, it's a sweet spot of looks, performance, battery life and mobility. It never hanged so far.I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a laptop for programming and are willing to spend more than Rs. 1 lac, look no further, this is hands down best choice.

Following are pros and cons after 5 day usage:-1) battery backup is really great there are very rare product in market which gives same battery life.(9 hours on video,surfing and xcode)2) SSD is small but really fast no problem at all u can use external hard disk and for games and app installation this is enough.(System takes near about 45 gb from 128)3) These retina displays are best you will like to play games and watch video.4) Speakers are Really loud and Clear u are gonna love to hear.5) RAM management with fastest SSDs means u can run 3 to 4 heavy apps on same time without lag.6) Very very Light weighted product and very very portable PLUS (GREAT LOOKs).7) OS (hi sierra) is truly great and if u ever use a mac u r gonna hate Windows system.8) Don't worry if you want to install windows then you can easily install on it and also a research proved that best systems to install windows 10 are MACs, so no worries.9) Gets charged Really fast with charger we get with it MagSafe charges.10) You definitely will be in love with TrackPad of macs Coz they are really magical.11) Thunder bolt ports are very very fast. and Futuristic coz u r now gonna have them everywhere.12) Camera i very great . sometimes use it as a mirror..Lolz13) HeadPhone output provides depth in sound and give very loud outPut.Cons:1) Only thunder bolt ports means have to use adapter alot.2) Small hard Disk means we must have External hard disk.Highly Recommended For Gammers , Developers and Graphics designer Worth for money.Normal user don't waste ur money Go for Macbook Air they are Really great machines even for high end users too.

Excellent laptop. Got earlier than expected. Space grey is a killer beauty. Retina display is awesome. Sound is simply amazing. Performance is great. Keyboard is crisp, slightly difficult while typing an alphabet twice in a row. Track pad is good and gestures mostly work well. Although battery rarely lasts more than 6-8 hours with normal browsing/YouTube. Another downside is the camera. Its pretty awful and low quality. Thankfully I don't have to use it much. But ignoring that its the best and the relatively least expensive 2017 MacBook one could find. Was really lucky to grab it at the right time.

Great performance and build quality. Just shifted from mac mini owing to portability issues. Battery life, performance and siri-- all are awesome. Basically using it as my primary programming device and has strongly stood upon my expectations.

Bought from the seller Empire S, works perfectly fine. The packaging could have been a bit better but the laptop was well protected by multiple airbags.

I was looking for a portable, powerful, future-proof laptop that will help me work on multiple projects from multiple locations with ease. This laptop checks all those boxes.Pros:Mac OS is a smooth experience, no bugs so far.The laptop build quality is phenomenal.Keyboard takes time to get used to, but once you're accustomed, it becomes a habit, tough to break.The large trackpad is addictive, I've never worked on trackpads before, even in my previous laptop, but after using this, I've ditched my bluetooth mouse, because I can get everything done using gestures and the precise touch controls.The battery lasts me an entire work day, and the power saving options ensure I don't drain battery when I'm not using it.The display is something you can truly appreciate when you watch video content on it.Mac OS has plenty of compatible apps and features and you never really miss Windows 10.If you have another Apple device (I have an iPhone) then Airdrop and Continuity can be great features to have.The laptop powers through my normal work use and never once lags or shows signs of excess use.The laptop charges relatively quickly, so that's always helpful.It has a 3.5 mm headphone jack, so you don't necessarily have to go completely wireless.Audio quality of the speakers is amazing, and it's clear even when loud.Handles Final Cut Pro like a champ!Cons:The price of the laptop does burn a hole in your pocket, even when bought under EMI schemes.Lack of ports can be disheartening to some, but for me personally, I've never once missed having ports.Mac OS can take some time to get used to, I saw a couple of Youtube tutorials and they helped a lot.If you're looking for a larger display, this just won't cut it.Although the laptop is compact in size, it's quite heavy for a 13 inch laptop.The upper and lower metal are scratch and dust magnets, I put a cover on it.Some people have mentioned having problems with the keyboard, sometimes it won't work if a lot of dust has accumulated under it, so you might want to watch out for that.All in all, it's not for everybody, but those who have it, will definitely not be upset about their purchase decision. This is a beast and it serves the purpose it was meant to.

I was always weary of the "learning curve" I had heard so much about when you move over to a Mac from a PC. But believe me, the interface and everything else is so intuitive, within an hour or so, you start feeling you have been working on a Mac forever. And of course, in case you can't figure out something, you always have Google! Great looks, great feel. The performance yet has to be tested! But as of now I am happy.

Default ssd and ports config might not be sufficient for everyone...But performance is top notch...

Awesome Macbook. Packing was very well. I purchased this to work on Logic Pro X and it runs very smoothly .About rest of the features - Simply Awesome. Dynamic Sound Quality, Amazing Display, Battery backup is too good. Overall a great buy.

Dont even think twice. just go for it. I've been using windows for 6 years so I can say user experience in mac is way better andd it will probably last much longer than a windows laptop

Realistically, people don't expect much from a laptop like this. However, it is with experience that I can say that this is THE BEST laptop in this price range. Not only does it have many of the newer features that Apple offers, it is amazingly fast and can cold boot in mere seconds. I witnessed the real power of this notebook when I began designing. I can have, without any lagging, multiple windows of Photoshop, Indesign, ​AND Illustrator open simultaneously, which truly is a feat.I would strongly recommend this laptop for almost everyone. Keep in mind that in the field of video editing, 1080p works just fine, however, 4K editing is a bit choppy and an absolute no-no in Premiere Pro.All in all, a really good computer with amazing specs and UI.

Purchased this MacBook Pro from a vendor in Nehru Place, Delhi. I've the space grey model. The laptop is a piece of art. It combines style and substance with perfection. It is so light, weighing only 1.3 kgs. It is sleek, stylish and highly convenient to carry. Won't go in the specifications since they're already mentioned in the description above. If you're looking to switch from Windows to Mac, this is the best option. I won't recommend the new MacBook Air as it still comes with the fifth generation Intel core processor. I'd suggest you rather wait for new launches. But if you've a budget of around 1 lakh, look no further.
