I have already returned it too , cause the sound loudness was very low even with full volume . my ears are big yet i felt them uncomfortable to wear for more then 30 min and the call quality was a joke . there is always problem with connectivity and the touch delays for a second. the only pro i found in them is how easy to carry the case was and the charging case design and built were compact. Well its a waste of time for me and i misses other products in offer now. Highly not recomended. -tq
