Device design is looks great, every feature is working good, but the only backdrop is batter backup is not good always, i am using 3g, its giving only 12 hours battery backup only, plz give any suggestions for fix this problem

Worth for Price and Features, But Cry for Service The Handset of Alcatel are no doubt good. But the the Worst experience you would get in service center.for last 20days i am searching for service center

Alcatel Idol X broke down only after a month of owning it. It took 3 months for service to process my reclamation resulting in returning the broken pone with suggestion I return it to the seller. Really poor service network.

Best in class Best in performance Only for privacy lovers From 2010 to Mar 2019 I was using Anroid But after switching to iOS Specially with this X series I am enjoying its premium quality and its memory management. It feels great and has all the necessities which we need in daily life.

cons: 1. Camera is a little blurry and light effects are too bright. pictures captured seems too artificial. 2. obviously money prospective is also a factor . i got it for almost 80 k on emi. doesn't feel worth that much to me. 3. i tried heavy games like pubg and asfalt 9 they worked fine at medium graphics. fps started to drop when set to high. mad back panel got warm. 4. battery longevity gets me barely a day with light usage. not sure how useful it will be if i take this on my tours. battery management would be tricky. pros: 1. i love the look and feel of the phone. camera placement and back panel gives it a premium feel. 2.ram management and cpu utilisation is good .it works great most of the time . have been running smoothly without issues since i got it. it's been almost 2 weeks now. 3.i like the facelock feature. it is really surprising that it even works in dark rooms like a theatre. it is able to detect my face and unlock it . but i still miss the figure print lock. 4. i love the ppi rate on screen . plays 4k videos really well. 5. good phone app in all just price could have been better.
