I recommend this product to all hard core laptop users out there. This is an awesome product, with very good specs.Great gaming experience, btw.

I bought this Laptop a week back. The laptop speed and performance was awesome however was having a faulty webcam. I contacted Amazon customer support and requested for replacememt. Initially they were reluctant. Then I contacted AGB directly. Trust me the customer support of AGB spring into action, did remote testing and concluded that there was a faulty webcam. They gave in writing for a replacement thereby my laptop was replaced immediately. Now I am a happy customer of AGB. At this price point it's a value for money. Awesome build quality and graphic rendering is really good. Thank you AGB.

Good laptop value for money

Raised a complaint that mouse pad not good. It's been dragged for a week and finally today came to know that replacement not there due to out of stock. Very much disappointed with manufacturer and also the seller.

Updating this review after 2 months of using the product. This is really a substandard product don't fall for specs. The mouse doesn't works wifi keeps on dropping. You will get a call from support if you give bad feedback but since the product is substandard it will not help. Better go for some better brands.

I had the system installed and setup to boot via the SSD. While playing Counter Strike Go, system crashed, showed by the blue screen of death, and then the laptop completely stopped detecting the ssd.Right now, I am trying to find the customer support number that was printed on the cover of the laptop. But I have left the cover in another state, and I thought I had saved the number (I didn't). Could you guys help me out if there is a fix for this?Also, if you are planning to install Linux on this machine, don't bother. Your productivity will slow down because of missing drivers, and the support told me that the laptop was designed for Windows not linux and they could not help me with the device drivers.
