When I powered it up the IOS was Windows 7 Pro, just like I wanted. It's exactly what the seller said it would be. Really fast computer with tons of storage space for a laptop of it's size. Great battery life, too: 10+ hours from a full charge. Super value for the money. LOVE IT!

Windows 7. Very satisfied.

I bought this because it still comes with Windows 7, and I hate Windows 10. It is a compact laptop that's easy to carry. It arrived fully functional, although I did have to disable automatic updates so that it woudn't "upgrade" itself to a newer version of Windows.

Good size laptop for our travel needs. It has Windows 7, but we knew that when we purchased it. A bit slow, but it's okay.

Good reliable product at $215 which I bought it at. But since price has gone up not worth it at over 500.

Nice lightweight laptop, good battery life (one accepts to pay the price of limited CPU horsepower, but that's ok) But the trackpad is an absolute disaster - frequently hangs (needing the user to Fn+F7 a lot to reactivate) and often that doesnt fix it; click and drag is awkward (there are 'zones' on the trackpad for different functions).It's a lot easier to use with an external mouse/trackball, but that partly erodes the advantage of the small overall form factor. Maybe there's some magic cure with a better trackpad driver, but I havent found it. A pity, as an otherwise great system is rendered fling-n-the-trash frustrating by this component.

After six months of trying to get this to work right, I gave up. It is like new sitting in a box that I will need to donate. It is so slow and has so many issues. The keyboard often changes and types the wrong characters. It will not charge and already needs a battery. And it has just been sitting in a box not being used.

Came with virus installed. Never worked. At least I got a refund.
