Excellent product,1 bought it in only 30k,sudden hike in price.Initially faced issues with Windows 10 ,but nice support by flipkart and Acer service centre.Quick delivery by flipkart,nice packing,but did not received the windows 10 DVD

It is good product and good service

The Laptop is very good the performance is also OK a little but of lagging whenever you reboot it. It is due to the display (AI) feature. The voice quality is good, it works on both 2 GHZ and 5 GHZ band... Preloaded apps are there like acer care center and acer portal which captures all and if there is any tuning required you can use it. But when u order from Flipkart you don't get recovery disk and you need to call Acer support for warranty registration. You don't get any OEM CD key for Windows 10, which I found a little wierd. There is no e LAN port in this but I am ok with this

it is good product from acer. so far so good. not extremely fast but gets the job done. plus touch function is added which good fun for kids. overall nice laptop with icing of 2016 office emeded.

After using 7 days...I found the product is really good. In the range of RS 25000... Laptop provided by Acer is quite worthy. Very smooth to use...screen touch with back light key board and 360 degree spin make the product more sophisticated. In short...Just go for it

For just Rs 24500 (Flipkart Mega sale listing 25999 - an HDFC CC 10% offer) there is simply no words to describe how good a buy this laptop is. Build quality is good and the laptop has a premium feel and although the laptop is around 2.5 kgs it surprisingly feels a lot slimmer and lighter. PROS: 1. Backlight keyboard. (where do you get such a feature on a 25k keyboard?) 2. Exceptional battery life.. Around 8-10hours 3. Windows with Office preloaded. 4. Heavy duty hinges 5.Smooth and responsive touchscreen. 6. For my usage of surfing and running office and other apps I didn't feel any lag in performance. CONS: 1. Poor camera 2. The display could be better, but still isn't that bad given the price at which u get this laptop. What made this a remarkable buy, is the back to college offer run by Acer, wherein I got this laptop registered for additional 2 yr warranty + some freebies at just Rs. 1500/- :) :)

The product is good and working without hassles so far. Processing is bit slow. Consumes a lot of data in background running apps and makes your surfing experience quite tiring and boring. The speakers are good and loud but are placed write above the keyboard and the overall sound decreases while using it as a tablet. The big screen is handy but the Laptop is heavy and looks bulky while using it as a tablet. Have not received the Microsoft office activation code so far and I am not sure whether I'll receive it or not. Device doesn't have many pre-installed apps and one should have fine working wifi to update the device before use.

The battery n the laptop is very wores, not good. I think it is not checked by company.

Bought it during sale altogether a value for money product sleek, nice looking, windows 10 and ms office touch screen hardware is of little older version, experiencing little lag still OK for my usage

ACER IS BEST TO OFFER THESE MANY FEATURES AT THIS PRICE!! I WAS SEARCHING FOR SPIN VERSION TOUCHSCREEN LAPTOP AND I NEVER CAME ACROSS ANY BELOW 48K..BUT SURPRISINGLY I FOUND THIS LAPTOP AT 28K. NOW I AM USING THIS ONE AND IT'S 100% GENUINE BY ACER AND WORKING VERY WELL, NOT HITTING AT ALL. SPEED IS ROCKING AND TOUCHSCREEN WORKS VERY SMOOTH. EVERY WAY THE LAPTOP IS BEST, BUT FOR THOSE WHO WANTS BETTER DISPLAY WHICH APPEARS WITHOUT ISSUES FROM ALL ANGLES, THIS ONE IS NOT THAT GOOD. FOR ME IT'S WORKING BEST AS I NEEDED MOST OF THINGS TO TRY. BACKLIT KEYBOARD IS A SURPRISE FEATURE THAT HAS NOT BEEN MENTIONED ON THIS PAGE. I AM LOVING THIS PRODUCT AND THE SELLER'S NICE SERVICE.

system hangs after 2 to 3 months

Worst laptop i have ever used. Getting some kind of hardware problem every month. Seller sent very old laptop. it was manufactured 2 years back. laptop is very slow. got problem in laptop within 2 months. wifi was not working properly. Please do not buy it. you will just waste your money.
