Mid-level gaming at entry level price.

It's a powerful laptop at an affordable price.I bought it during the prime day launch at 62000 and believe me that this laptop cannot disappoint.I run some graphics intensive games like Subnautica, World of Tanks HD, Wargame: Red Dragon, daily.Pros:Gaming,Slight fps drops are there with Subnautica when it's spawning or run for a few hours nonstop, but it's steady in high settings for the majority duration.Speakers,Excellent speaker quality in terms of clarity.Cooling,Great cooling with Nitrosense even while running games for hours on end. Coolboost is a life saver.Display,Display is truly HD, and great colour range is there for watching movies and Netflix. It's also non reflective, so there's no issue with the angles also.Keyboard,Soft keys, well spaced. The back-light is really nice and doesn't produce any glare.Cons:Speakers,The speaker placement is bit low, which blocks sound when the laptop is placed on a stand or the bed.One USB 3.0 port only.Weight,Bulky and heavy, its hard to keep it on your lap or without a stand for prolonged times. Makes it a bit difficult to carry due to this.Touch pad,Not as responsive and well placed, but it does keep it from getting hot.Keyboard,When it's running on battery power, the backlight turns off on its own in 5 seconds, good for saving power, but makes it difficult to see the keyboard without pressing a random key.Lack of accessories with the laptop,There's no freebie kit or anything else apart from the laptop and adaptor.

It's a very good entry level gaming laptop if you do the following
Jyo Vaid (Oct 15, 2018)
on Amazon
Okay so to start off, the biggest issue you will be facing with this laptop is the thermals, the CPU gets real hot real fast when CPUs stay hot for a long period of time they will throttle their speed and this will result in lag in your gameplay.Fixing it is pretty easy and requires you to undervolt your processor, as well as disabling intel turbo boost.I used to reach 80-90 degree easily in a room that's 30 degrees, while gaming. Now I don't cross 67.Spec wise this thing is a beast, even with the turbo boost disabled it easily runs Rainbow Six Siege at all high 1080p 60 fps stable, GTA V on all high at 60-50 fps with seldom drops to 38 (0.1%). MGS V Phantom pain runs 60 at all very high/extreme. You won't get this performance with throttling.Google on how to undervolt using Intel XUT and how to disable turbo boost once you get this beast and get gaming.

The architecture of the laptop is out of the box. The ports are situated ergonomically. It does have a type c port, and the battery is 4cell not 3 as mentioned in the description. It has an sshd not an hdd. Overall an amazing laptop

Budget Gaming Laptop with decent performance. Got it at a steal price...
ChoicesSimplified (Jul 18, 2018)
on Amazon
Ordered the laptop on Prime Day sale. Laptop was delivered within 2 days, kudos to Amazon for being super fast as always. I got a great deal on this laptop, the effective cost for me is about 55k (Prime Day Sale 69k - Exchange 10k - Bank Cashback 4k), the current price at the time of writing this review is showing as 93k, which means I saved close to 38k... Thanks to Amazon! Now coming back to initial impressions :Pros :* Performance is great, 8th Gen i7, GTX 1050Ti with an SSD helps a lot. (A restart completes within 30 seconds)* Build quality seems decent and feels like it will last for few years.* Red accents give it a sporty look, especially the back-lit keyboard is a treat to my eyes.* Acer's NitroSense, QuickAccess and CareCenter are very helpful tools which allows you to control the Fan Speed, Performance, Cleanup etc* At the price I bought, its the most VFM laptop. All other laptops with similar specs cost a lot high and feel very expensive compared to this.Cons :* The laptop does heat up on playing games. I tried CS:GO at High settings and the CPU touched 98deg while the GPU touched 75deg. The fans were running loud but didn't improve the temperature as much as I'd like it to. (Sitting in a AC room with 22deg temp)* There were quite a bit of bloatware installed which I had to uninstall before I could do anything else.* The 128GB SSD doesn't feel adequate as I have already filled up 80GB out of available 118GB storage space within few hours only by installing very minimum applications that I needed.* The keys on the keyboard are very odd, the layout isn't the best. I tend to press Home instead of Del often. The arrow keys are very thin and feel congested.* The battery feels inadequate for this laptop, Acer could've given a battery with more capacity.Other Notes :* I loved the Laptop's box, Acer did a good job in designing it.* The power button is flushed with the keyboard layout. (Top right corner key)* Although the laptop has red accents at multiple places, it has a rather strange purple accent within the power inlet and at power adapter pin end.* Finally at the current price of 93K, I'd look at MSI or Asus ROG series instead of Nitro series since they are more gaming focused.
