Extremely underwhelming keyboard

I bought this laptop from Acer Mall for a great price at just 63k. At first I found the keyboard quality to be underwhelming and some keys were loose. After 2 months, the 'X' broke off and wasn't fixing. As the laptop was in warranty, I contacted Acer and told them about it. They sent a technician, and he looked into the problem and reported Acer. When I asked them about the keyboard repair, they kept on delegating it to one and another. After 22 days of waiting, they said that it would not be fixed under warranty and I would have to pay 7.3k, just for a keyboard fixed and they closed my case. I won't recommend this laptop for it's underwhelming keyboard quality and bad service from Acer.
