I am using it with Win 7 Ultimate 32 bit. I have tested all the features including the Camera, BT and Wifi all are excellent to experience at such a low range. Gets lightly heated when used more than 02 hrs. Battery Backup is very good upto 3 1/2 hrs. It will be better if distributed with a Laptop bag. Excellent resolution beats even LED monitors. Thanks Acer for such a beautiful product. All the applications including Visual Studio is working fine even in 2 GB RAM.

Got this laptop for only Rs.13491 availing the Big Billion Day offer. I bought this for portability, i do normally programming stuffs and all. To my surprise , this netbook handles big softwares like visual studio with ease. I will suggest customers to increase the ram for smoother performance. I will list out the pros and cons of the product. pros: lightweight, thin and good build quality. keyboard is well spaced for comfortable typing. display is anti-glare. webcam quality is very good. battery backup is also very good. windows 10 runs smooth, no lags whatsoever. touchpad is good. value for money. cons: does get heated but not much, its normal. less number of indicators. only two usb ports, one is usb 3.0 no significant cons yet. Go for it if u want a portable yet a decent laptop with good battery backup.

can some one tell me whether this laptop has a 32gb emmc or 500gb harddisk ? cause flipkart specs says it has 500gb hdd !!! people reviewing say it has 32gb emmc

The product is good. Installed windows(8.1 64bit) on it, all drivers working smooth (don't forget to use the resource CD for all the drivers). Touchpad is a little different (not that bad, just different). Overall product feel is Excellent! 1080p videos also playing smoothly. Please go ahead, if you want a slim & light laptop meeting basic usage requirements.

I purchased this laptop a week ago and it makes me so happy to write a review here. I got this laptop for Rs. 15,200 (I know people who got the same for Rs. 13,000 too during BBD). This is one of the best laptop one can get at this price. The laptop is efficiently fast for normal business operations. One can install basic softwares Tally or Photoshop too without compromising on the speed. Battery life is good too. Around 6 hours of operational use. There's no LED to indicate the caps luck. But never mind, it is the silliest of the drawback. One thing to note is that it comes with Linux. So you will have to install the OS on your own which may be an added expense of another Rs. 500. Overall, it is a must buy if you are looking for some budget laptop.

An excellent product. Light weight, battery lasts about 5 hours. I have upgraded it to 4 GM RAM and installed Ubuntu with Gnome-flashback desktop environment. It is working superbly.

Installed Win 7 Ultimate using Pendrive (using IMGBURN + RUFUS) followed by necessary software MS Office 2010, IE 11 and other key softwares required for my need. No issue at all. I own an ACER E5-511-P7UX using it for an year with similar config. mentioned above touchwood works well. I had tried Win 8.1 installation for that laptop and had a very bad experience. So this time I didn't go for Win 8.1. or Win 10. This little laptop is great and I just love it. Only issue is all connectivity (USB+Power) is in the back panel. which is a little problem but manageable. No Optical drive which again is good as we hardly use it due to other reliable memory options such as pen drive, Micro SD. Its absence actually cuts down weight of laptop to some extent. Planning to upgrade RAM to 4GB so that performance can be made better. All in all a Good Buy for me. Thanks to the world of Flipkart from Seller to Customer Support team for outstanding Service.

Flipkart Service is good and seller also good he packed that product excellent ,he send sill pc.comming to the product laptop not much good its getting very heat with ten minuts, i am planing to return that product i will chech few day if i face same heating probel i shoud send that back.

Awesome little monster. Change the HDD with 100GB SSD, upgrade the RAM to 8GB and installed Windows 10 64-bit. Now everything is silky smooth, start up took around 2 seconds, battery backup is around 6 hours, I am pretty happy for the budget.

I have recently purchased Acer Aspire ES Celeron Dual netbook through Flipkart. Received the product within 5 days. Well packed. Overall performance of the product is good based on the system configuration it posses. Easy to carry and performance is satisfactory at the moment. Thanks flipkart.

OS: This laptop does not support windows os. I have tried windows 7,8.1 and 10. It will install but graphics driver or chipset drivers wont install. Freezes and compatibility issues all around. this is strange considering acer aspire e11 has windows laptops with 32 GB essd storage. The pre-installed os is pretty much not an os. It came with Linpus Os (not even ubuntu , dont know why), you will be greeted with a terminal (no gui). So this laptop will need a techy user (or linux user) to set it up. Ubuntu runs great no issues, good performance. Hardware: Other than the touchpad which is really not that good, i have no complaints. You cant get better hardware at this price.. Plus it comes packed with ports, HDMI, usb 3.0, LAN port. The webcam quality is great, wasn't expecting that. It is very lightweight Laptop does get quite heated sometimes, 'fanless design'! Battery is good, 3 hrs at full brightness took about 50% of the charge. It is very subjective though, depends on the usage so i say go for it. And finally to flipkart, awesome delivery.

Very nice laptop at this cost 13500/- ..light in weight and 5 to 6 hrs battery backup ..limitation is this lapy is less processor (dual core) by which this is not capable to take heavy software like AutoCAD and dot net etc .. ... Apart of this...flipkart delivery is good but not satisfactory... Replacement policy of flipkart is excellent ..

I am very happy with the performance of the laptop. Few helpful tips: -Install the OS in the UEFI mode instead of LEGACY mode -Install 64 bit OS to get benefit of full functions -windows10 gives a good user experience Battery back up is 5hours for general use. Body is sturdy. Light in weight. I have not experienced any lag or hanging problems yet. Acer does not support in 32bit ddrivers, go for 64bit OS only It comes with 1year carry in warranty not on site warranty and to claim warranty you have to register your product on acer website.

I installed Linux mint-17 with xfce window manager on it. Works fine - wifi, bluetooth, playing movies, making presentations for lectures, compiling and running code, etc all work very well. It is worth the Rs. 15,900/- or so which I paid for it on flipkart. It was costing Rs. 19,000/- or so elsewhere. I did not try gaming on it. The 2 GB RAM and 500 GB hard disk seems more than enough for the tasks I plan to do on it. It is also very light weight (1.2 kgs) and thin. No DVD drive which does not seem to be needed now a days. I sould transfer files from my android to it via bluetooth. It seems to give me 5.5 hours battery backup when doing routine tasks. Over all wonderful for the things I want to do on it (coding, internet, presentations, etc). I gave it only 4 stars because it could have come pre-installed with linux mint which supports its every feature. I had to install Linux Mint over the Linpus distribution it cam to me with. Else it would have been a 5* product. Perhaps this is a feature. You can partition the disk the way you want :-?

To my work I like the screen size and weight but it is not as fast,it is like a mobile with windows. I like the most are usb 3.0,gigabit lan,battery and also It is fanless one.
