  This is a budget laptop with very good performance, most of pc games could be played smoothly as it has a 8th gen i5 processor and geforce mx130 2gb graphic card, full HD 1920x1080p display, most importantly it comes with a m.2 ssd slot, I have installed 120 GB ssd without taking out hhd, and migrates the windows in ssd, now it's performance is very impressive, very responsive without lagg. But while install windows 10, need to connect to Ethernet to download and install all drivers( use free software "boost drive" to automatically Install all new drivers) and windows 10 update, otherwise the hard ware won't work properly,like keyboard not responding on time, no sound, no wifi connection. it is not hardware problem but due to missing drivers. After everything done it is an amazing laptop. (While I was purchasing this laptop it comes with Windows 10 pre installed, exactly same model with same price, but now it is dos only, don't know why, I'm lucky lol)

• Pathetic customer care. Bad product

  Very bad product. The keyboard stopped working while it was under warranty. Pathetic customer care service. Its been over a month now since I had reported the issue to the customer care. They took the laptop. Returned it and said they replaced the keyboard but the problem still persists. I filed another complaint. They're replying over email but send no one to repair the laptop. I would never recommend acer products to anyone ever again. Very bad customer service experience.
